i recently moved back to the states and couldnt help but look in the mirror after looking at some of the pictures on my fathers wall....WOW...big difference. i have been sitting in front of a computer for the past 8 yrs and it has taken its toll. after reading up on a few things as well as knowing a friend that did it as well, i decided to try Isagenix.
After the 30 day program (completed about 35 days ago) i have managed to maintain the weightloss of 29 lbs. *started at 212!!!! YIKES!!!
i have to say that going thru this diet/cleanse plan really opened my eyes to how horrible a lot of fatty and processed foods made me feel.
i would suggest that plan to anyone. it does have its hard days but it has its benefits also. broken down one only spends about $8 per day on food.
btw.....lots of good info in this thread.....thanks guys...
